Landmark Education: Self-Expression and Leadership Program
Express yourself fully, make a difference, be a leader. Each of us has felt a spark of possibility and longed to express it. Yet we often hold back. We are concerned that our spark will be extinguished by lack of interest, circumstance, or what others might think. The Landmark Self-Expression and Leadership Program builds on the work you do in the Landmark Forum and Landmark Advanced Course and provides the know-how to establish an environment that invites and welcomes your self-expression – an environment with sufficient oxygen to bring that spark to life.
Through this program, you have an opportunity to express yourself fully, make a difference, and be a leader. Leaders are not extraordinary people. At Landmark Education, they are ordinary people who have the courage to express themselves in a way that inspires the best in those around them. In this program, you will develop the ability to:
• Alter the environment in which you express yourself, so that your environment
welcomes and furthers your contribution.
• Express yourself fully, so that the people in your life relate to you not from their past
experience, but from the power you bring to the present and the possibility for
the future.
• Appreciate and expand your natural charisma and capacity for leadership within your
various communities.
• Communicate in a way that inspires and calls forth the alignment, cooperation, and
partnership of others.
• Express yourself, your thinking, and ideas effectively – unfazed by doubt,
embarrassment, or self-consciousness.
• Support others; both in creating new possibilities for their lives and in making those
possibilities happen through specific and concrete results in the world.
